Explanation:
The City Commission is requested to hold a public hearing on the proposed State Housing Initiative Partnership Program (SHIP) Local Housing Plan (LHAP) for State of Florida fiscal years 2016/2017, 2017/2018, and 2018/2019. The notice for the hearing was published on March 18, 2016
The City is required to develop a one to three year plan that outlines how anticipated funds shall be expended. Staff has developed a three year plan using the 2016/2017 projected State of Florida allocation as a baseline.
