Explanation:
On May 4, 2016 there are scheduling conflicts which would delay the start of the 1:00 PM Regular Commission Meeting.
On May 4, 2016 Employee Services Awards, Diamond Award, Team Diamond Award as part of Public Service Recognition Week will be starting at 12:30 PM and a Workshop to follow up on the 2016 Legislative Session is scheduled for 11:30 AM.
Due to time constraints, the Commission should move the starting time for the May 4, 2016 Regular Commission Meeting from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
