Explanation:
The City and the IAFF are parties to a collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) from the period of October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2017 covering the Firefighters, Driver Engineers, Lieutenants, Captains, and Fire Prevention Officers I, II, and II, of the City.
Article 7: Overtime of the CBA addresses overtime and overtime procedures.
The parties wish to amend Article 7: Overtime of the CBA, as necessary, to allow the utilization of the new scheduling software and modify the method by which overtime selection procedures are conducted.
