Explanation:

Stationside Partners LLC ("Developer"), is the owner and developer of that certain residential development project within the municipal boundaries of the City commonly referred to a "Sheridan Station," located generally between Sheridan Street and Taft Street, west of I-95 and east of the South Florida Rail Corridor (the "Project".) As part of the City's development approval for the Project, the Developer is constructing streetscape improvements within Sheridan Street and North 29th Avenue to enhance the main entrance to the new development that includes landscaping, irrigation, paver bricks, and aluminum picket and masonry pier fencing. The attached maintenance agreement between the Developer and the City requires the Developer to maintain these improvements at no cost to the City. Additionally, to facilitate Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT") permitting for the streetscape improvements in FDOT jurisdictional roadways which is limited to public agencies, the City's existing Landscape Inclusive Memorandum of Agreement with the FDOT is amended administratively to reflect these improvements, said authorization having been provided for by the City Commission though Resolution R-2013-319.
