The CRA is in need for Janitorial Services at the Beach restrooms and CRA offices (Johnson Street Information Center and Madison Street).
On November 9, 2015, Bid Number F-4489-16-RL was electronically advertised via BidSync in accordance with the City's Purchasing Ordinance, Section 38.42 (A). The bid opened on December 1, 2015, and resulted in responses from two (2) bidders:
Delta Properties Maintenance, Inc.
West Park, FL
Sparkles Janitorial Services
Hollywood, FL
The bid language requested that each bidder provide hourly unit pricing rates, inclusive of all supplies, equipment and labor, to perform services at each location. The bid results are as follows:
Delta Properties Maintenance, Inc. $71,120.00
Sparkles Janitorial Services $74,190.40
The CRA has determined that the bid submitted by Delta Properties Maintenance, Inc. meet the specifications, terms and conditions of the bid and is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The CRA Executive Director and the Director of Procurement Services recommend that the CRA Board approve award to Delta Properties Maintenance, Inc. of West Park, Florida, for an estimated annual expenditure of $71,120.00.
The term for services is for an initial two (2) year period with the right to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year periods.
