Explanation:
Chapter 99 of the Code of Ordinances establishes the Municipal Beach regulations.
The City wishes to revise the 99.05 section (B) (1a) regarding the dog beach hours of operation to better accommodate users of the beach during daylight savings time.
The City Commission wishes to amend the Code of Ordinances to permit the revisions to Chapter 99.
