Explanation:
The City and the Broward County Police Benevolent Association have negotiated a successor collective bargaining agreement in effect from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2017 (the “Agreement”). It is attached for your consideration. A summary detailing the key changes to the Agreement is also attached. The Union has advised that it will complete its voting on the ratification of this Agreement by August 25, 2015.
