Explanation:

Representatives from the National Ben Gamla Charter School Foundation (the “Charter School”) who will operate the new Ben Gamla Charter School located at 2650 Van Buren Street requested approval to provide for a concrete paver surfacing within the proposed school bus stop located on Van Buren Street to further highlight and identify the bus stop location within the public right of way. The Charter School has agreed to incur all costs and liability associated with the installation and maintenance of the bus stop within the roadway. The attached License Agreement provides for the Charter School to maintain the paver brick bus stop in good condition as long as it remains in existence as well as maintain the required liability insurance, indemnify and save harmless the City and otherwise abide by the terms and conditions specified in said Agreement.
