Staff Recommends: Approval of the attached Resolution.

 

 

Explanation:

This Resolution seeks the approval and authorization of certain budgetary adjustments and transfers to identified line item accounts in the previously approved FY 2015 budget (R-2014-282) for the Law Enforcement Forfeiture Fund, Fund 12.  Among the adjustments sought are adjustments continuing the appropriations in identified line items accounts in Fund 12 and completing the rollover of the balance of these identified accounts at the end of FY 2014 not previously rolled over pursuant to Resolution R-2014-337.
