Explanation:

The Developer, JED Equities, LLC, has assembled parcels in the area of US1 and Taylor Street for development of a proposed 134 Apartment complex with 10,000 square feet of commercial space, to be known as the JED Towers Development. The building design incorporates a façade enhancement consisting of a metal extract screening to disguise the parking structure elements and provide architectural relief and which protrudes from the face of the building into the public right of way of Taylor Street a distance of eighteen (18”) inches. This facade encroachment is identified in the exhibits of the attached Right Of Way Encroachment Agreement, which is being presented to the City Commission for favorable consideration.
