Explanation:
On February 19, 2014, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution Number R-2014-035 authorizing execution of an agreement between the City of Hollywood and Desman Incorporated (Desman) for the Development of a Parking Management Plan.
Desman experienced a delay in completing the tasks due to changes in its key staff members and reorder of task priorities.
The total amount paid to Desman to date is $37,600.00.
The Office of Parking is requesting an extension of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days of the Agreement.
