Explanation:
Prince-Bush Investments, GP is the owner of that property located within the municipal boundaries of the City of Hollywood, generally located east of North 29th Avenue, between Sheridan Street and Raleigh Street and is proposing to rebuild a new Denny's restaurant on the property.

Prince-Bush has requested the vacation of a portion of the subject ingress egress easement crossing the Denny's restaurant site as described in the attached Exhibit "A", as it conflicts with the placement of the new building footprint. Sufficient alternative ingress egress access has been provided for through an Amendment of Exclusive Ingress and Egress Easement recorded in Official Records Book 50082, Page 113, and together with existing separate public utility easement interests, the subject Ingress Egress easement is no longer necessary. This is more clearly shown in Exhibit "B" and in the accompanying Map provided in the back-up.

The City of Hollywood Engineering Division has processed the appropriate easement vacation application, and as a part of this process, the Engineering Division sent written requests to other affected utility agencies that they review the application and respond in writing with any objections they may have to the requested vacation. The written request from the Engineering Division clearly states that if the agency does not respond within the period specified in the request, the City will assume that the agency has no objections to the requested vacation.
