Explanation:

Certain routine and periodic budgetary adjustments and transfers continue to be appropriate and necessary during the Fiscal Year.

The proposed amendments adjust the revenues and expenditures for the Records Preservation Trust Fund.

The proposed amendment recognizes a slight addition in the audited fund position for the Records Preservation Fund taking the total to $134,644.00 and allocates funds to a Capital Project.
