Explanation:
This Resolution seeks authorization to amend the Fiscal Year 2015 Operating Budget for the General Capital Projects Fund (Fund 34), approved via Resolution R-2014-282 on September 29, 2014 by the City Commission.
The proposed amendment recognizes and appropriates additional revenues and expenditures for the General Capital Projects Fund. This includes the following:
· Transfer from the General Fund for Great Neighborhood Challenges II - Public Spaces and a portion of the Dunes Restoration Project
· Recognizing revenues related to the Tree Fund and allocating those funds to the replanting portion of the Dunes Restoration Project.
· Authorizing rollover of additional balances related to Capital Projects that have been previously approved by the City Commission. These rollovers and adjustments are a result of completion of the FY 2014 audited financial statements.
