Explanation:
The City Commission adopted Resolution R-2008-072 to establish the City of Hollywood Marine Advisory Board consisting of seven (7) to thirteen (13) members, and R-2008-216 revised the Board's composition by adding two (2) non-voting ex-officio members.
The Marine Advisory Board is comprised of eleven (11) voting members with representatives from the following categories: three (3) Marine Industry Professionals (3) Residents, three and five (5) Members, and two (2) non-voting ex-officio Members.
The Board identifies goals and objectives on an annual basis and provides input to develop ways to increase revenue from marine industries sector in Hollywood.
Presently there are two vacancies created by the resignation of Jennifer Wuenschel and Eric Schreiber in the Category of Other Member.
