Explanation:
The City Commission approved an Ordinance O-88-53, creating the City of Hollywood 441 Corridor Business Neighborhood Improvement District No. 2 in 1988. The District is no longer active and should be dissolved. This Ordinance rescinds the 1988 Ordinance and dissolves the District.
Fiscal Impact:
This will save the City $175.00 per year by ending the need to send a payment to the State for record keeping associated with the District.
