Explanation:
On November 19, 2025, the City Commission unanimously approved Resolution R-2025-434, appointing Raelin Storey Lohse as incoming City Manager. This appointment will take effect on March 31, 2026, after George R. Keller, Jr. CPPT, steps down following his retirement from the City Manager position.
This Resolution seeks the approval of the Employment Agreement with Ms. Storey Lohse to serve as the next City Manager for the City of Hollywood. This Agreement provides a starting annual base salary of $294,299.00 along with other benefits and emoluments customary for the position of City Manager.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for this Employment Agreement is available in the FY 2026 Operating Budget and represents an overall reduction cost reduction for the position.
