Explanation:
On March 12, 2015 the Planning and Development Board forwarded a recommendation of denial (8-1) to increase the number of permissible billboards from 14 to 15, thereby not allowing an existing off-premise pole sign (granted via a variance Resolution No. V-95-08) to be replaced with a static billboard.  The attached Planning and Development Board Staff Report provides an analysis of the request.
