Explanation:

The Office of Parking and Code Compliance desires to purchase services for the removal of stucco from the north and south sides of the Garfield Garage and to paint the canopy located on the east side of the garage. The Department has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to utilize Everglades Painting Contractors LLC because the contractor has previously performed stucco removal work at the Garfield Garage, is familiar with the project conditions, and will help avoid inconsistencies that could result from utilizing a separate contractor. The total cost for the project is in an amount up to $93,671.00.

Fiscal Impact:

Funding for this agreement was included in the amended FY 2026 Capital Improvement Plan and is available in account number 446.159901.54500.563010.001907.000.000.
