Explanation:
On April 6, 2022, the City Commission approved Ordinance O-2022-05 revising Section 99.02 to prohibit tents, amend distance requirements for canopies and remove the distance requirement for umbrellas. Some of the amendments were not accurately reflected in the approved Ordinance, and therefore, certain clarifications are required.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of the attached Ordinance will not fiscally impact the City.
