Explanation:
The City of Hallandale Beach has requested a 15-foot-wide, 1,800-foot-long easement in portions of three parcels owned by City of Hollywood. The easement, located in Three Island Park (NE 11 ST) at the City of Hollywood’s southern municipal limit, will provide the City of Hallandale with the rights to install and maintain a 16-inch water main necessary for continued reliable water supply for residents who live in the area.
This easement will allow the installation of a 16-inch water main (transmission only) running from the north end of Parkview Drive west to Three Islands Boulevard as part of Hallandale’s Three Island, Park and Leslie Drive water main improvement project. Attached is the Project Start Notification information sheet.
Fiscal Impact:
The City will receive $10.00 in consideration for the easements.
