Explanation:
On August 30, 2017, the City Commission passed Ordinance No. O-2017-01, which created the Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement District to create an Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement Board of Supervisors (the “District Board”).
Ordinance No. O-2017-01 established the number of members and criteria for membership. The Emerald Hills Safety Enhancement Board consists of five members. The members must be owners of real property with the District throughout their terms.
Current board members are Andrew Cagnetta, Charles Flaxman, Eli Math, Robert Posner, and David Rubin.
Charles Flaxman and David Rubin’s terms expire on November 30, 2024 and the City Commission needs to appoint replacements.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this Resolution will not fiscally impact the City.
