Explanation:
The City of Hollywood Marine Advisory Board was established by the City Commission to develop ways to increase revenue from the marine industry sector in Hollywood.
Resolution R-2021-270 was amended to add a Youth Member to the Board.
The Board is now comprised of eleven voting members, with representatives from the following categories: three Marine Industry Professionals, four Residents, three at-large Members and a Youth member. Current Board members and their term expiration dates are as follows:

Richard Kniffin currently serves as Marine Industry Professionals member and his term expires on June 30, 2025.
Due to the resignation of Floyd Key, who served in the Hollywood Resident category, there is now a vacancy that must be filled for the remainder of his term that expires on June 30, 2027.
Erik Abrams, Alec Manasse and Jon McMillian currently serve as Member and their term expires on June 30, 2025.
Youth Member is vacant as it was not filled and that expires on June 30, 2025.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this Resolution will not fiscally impact the City, as this is to appoint new Board members.
