Explanation:
Direction is being sought from the CRA Board on how to proceed with the implementation of a Tot Lot at Keating Park on Magnolia Terrace within the Beach CRA. Staff has prepared a series of schematic design options, including preliminary cost estimates, based on proposals from three vendors: one for the necessary site preparation and two for turn-key solutions in their respective areas of expertise, once the proposed site has been cleared.
Additionally, based on the direction from the CRA Board, subsequent design, permitting, and a final cost analysis need to be completed before bringing the selected option to fruition.
CRA staff is seeking input from the CRA board and is prepared to move forward with whichever design option the CRA Board would like to implement.

There is no Fiscal Impact associated with this presentation; all costs are estimates, and a final cost analysis would be required before bringing the selected option to fruition.
