Body

Staff Recommends: Approval of the attached Resolution.

Explanation:

Due to scheduling conflicts, various Commission meetings will be changed to allow greater flexibility to the Commission, staff and residents.

The regularly scheduled Wednesday, April 21, 2027 meeting will be moved to Tuesday, April 20, 2027, due to Passover.

The regularly scheduled Wednesday, July 21, 2027 meeting will be moved to Wednesday, August 25, 2027, in order to allow more time for budget preparation.

The regularly scheduled Wednesday, December 1, 2027, meeting will be moved to Wednesday, December 8, 2027, due to Thanksgiving.

By canceling the December 15, 2027 and January 5, 2028 meetings it will allow the Commission and staff more flexibility in preparing items during the holiday season.

Thereafter, regular meetings of the City Commission shall, unless otherwise provided by Resolution, be held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.

Fiscal Impact:

Approval of this Resolution will not fiscally impact the City.
