Staff Recommends: Approval of Attached Resolution.

 

 

Explanation:

At the completion of each fiscal year’s budget, past program years are reviewed for program compliance.

 

This resolution re-allocates $389,496.52 in CDBG funding previously allocated to Housing Services, Acquisition/Property Maintenance, and Commercial Property Improvements to be re-allocated to provide Parks and Recreation Improvements and Eviction Prevention services.

 

The resolution also re-allocates $669,926.75 in HOME funds previously allocated to Development Incentives to Tenant-Based Rental Assistance.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

Funding will be made available in the Fiscal Year 2021 Operating Budget as detailed in Exhibit 1.
