Explanation:
The City desires to offer to its eligible employees and retirees, and their respective dependents, the benefits of a dedicated employee health center, to provide quality care at the lowest cost possible while enjoying ease of access for the benefit of eligible individuals, but also for the benefit of taxpayers within the City of Hollywood.
Commission approval is requested to execute an agreement with Memorial Healthcare Systems for the operation of the employee health center for an initial three-year term.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for this agreement is available in the FY 2024 Operating Budget in account number 558.112006.51900.591990.000000.000.000 and will be budgeted in subsequent fiscal years’ operating budgets subject to approval and adoption by the City Commission.
