Explanation:
City Staff respectfully requests the withdrawal of Item #30 Resolution No. R-2014-280 regarding the purchase order with Atrium Personnel Inc. D/B/A Transhire for temporary services for FY 2015.  City Staff has re-examined the City's needs for temporary staffing taking into account recent and pending hires and the scheduled transition of the City's 911 dispatch services to Broward County October 1 (at 0600).  The proposed use of Transhire temporary staffing in FY 2015 will not exceed $50,000 and therefore formal City Commission approval for FY 2015 will not be necessary.
