Explanation:
On March 3, 2021, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. R-2021-057, approving the attached Blanket Purchase Agreement in the amount not to exceed $2,501,545.00 with MBR Construction, Inc. for sidewalk construction services for an initial term from March 3, 2021, to November 20, 2022, with an additional one-year renewal period.
The Department of Development Services, Engineering, Transportation and Mobility Division desires to execute the one-year renewal option for the attached Blanket Purchase Agreement in an amount not to exceed $2,501,545.00 for the one-year renewal period from November 10, 2022, through November 9, 2023.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for the renewal of the Blanket Purchase Agreement is available in the FY 2023 Operating Budget in account number 116.160502.51900.583440.001247.000.000.
