Explanation:
The City of Hollywood continues its commitment to corridor beautification and enhancement of the pedestrian experience along State Road 7/U.S. 441. As part of these ongoing efforts, the Pinnacle Housing Group, LLC. is also in support of the City's goal and has donated three art pieces to be permanently displayed at recently completed 441 Linear Park.

On February 27, 2025, the City conducted a Public Art Review meeting to evaluate the proposed public sculpture collection titled "The Trio" comprising Set Sail, Ascending Heart, and Pair of Hearts. Following the review pursuant to Article 3.22(J) of the City's Zoning and Land Development Regulations, the Public Art Review Committee (Committee) approved the installation of The Trio within the City's 441 Linear Park, located within the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) right-of-way.

During the review process, the Committee recommended the addition of landscape to the base of the sculptures to further enhance the aesthetic quality and integration of the artwork into the park setting while also creating a safety bearer between the sculptures and the public.

In accordance with FDOT requirements, any improvements within FDOT's right-of-ways necessitate the execution of a Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement (MMOA), which outlines maintenance responsibilities between the City and FDOT.
