Explanation:
In recent months, the City has received several requests to display various commemorative, special occasion, and other ceremonial flags at City-owned properties. To provide official procedures for consideration of such requests, staff developed the Display of Flags Policy.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this Resolution will not fiscally impact the City.
