Explanation:
On June 30, 2025, the City entered into a construction contract with Florida Sign Group, LLC for the Citywide Gateway and Neighborhood Signage Project Bid No.: RFP-174-24-GJ (“Original Agreement”).
The City and the Contractor desire to enter into a First Amendment to the Original Agreement to amend Exhibit B General Conditions, Article 3.10 Assignment of Contract, to allow assignments at the City’s sole discretion and with prior written approval.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this First Amendment.
