Explanation:

Several members of the City Commission will be attending the National League of Cities Conference in Austin, Texas and will be unable to attend the meeting.  The City Commission desires to change the November 19, 2014 Regular Commission Meeting to an alternative date of Monday, November 17, 2014 at 1:00 PM.
