Explanation:
The City of Hollywood will be celebrating Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW) from May 3 through May 9, 2026. This week is set aside each year to honor the men and women who serve America as federal, state and local government employees. Throughout the nation and around the world, public servants use the week to share information and recognize the many ways in which government serves the people and how government services make life better for all of us. Our participation in this event will enable the City and members of the community to show appreciation for the City’s employees and volunteers.
The proclamation will be accepted by Anthony Roberts, Assistant Director of Human Resources and the members of the Public Service Recognition Week Committee.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this Proclamation will not fiscally impact the City.
