Staff Recommends: Approval of the attached Resolution.

 

Explanation:

The Fire Prevention and Life Safety Division has hired additional fire inspectors. As a result, additional vehicles are needed for them to be able to perform their duties. Command Staff are being reassigned which will necessitate additional administrative vehicles in the Operations Division. In addition, additional vehicles are needed to continue providing services when vehicles are being serviced and/or repaired.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

Funding for this Purchase Order is available in the FY24 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Plan in account numbers 557.219901.51900.564520.001228.000.000 and 111.219801.52200.564530.000000.000.000.
