Explanation:
The Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) is a plan of action and anticipated budgets over a three year period.
 
This resolution recognizes program income and the actual allocation received for two of the three program years. The respective adjustments are illustrated in the attached "Housing Goals Charts".
 
It is recommended that after the public hearing the City Commission adopt the resolution approving the program amendments.
