Explanation:
The City of Hollywood Marine Advisory Board was established by the City Commission to develop ways to increase revenue from the marine industries sector in the City of Hollywood. The Board identifies goals and objectives on an annual basis and provides input to accomplish this mission.
The Marine Advisory Board is comprised of ten voting members, with representatives from the following categories: three Marine Industry Professionals, four Residents, and three at-large Members. Current board members and their term expiration dates are below.

Due to the resignation of Douglas Eney, who served in the Hollywood Resident category, there is now a vacancy that must be filled for the remainder of his term that expires on June 30, 2026.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this Resolution will not fiscally impact the City as this is a proposal to appoint three new board members.
