Explanation:

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts (“PRCA”) desires to procure pathway work services and multiple pathways need maintenance and renovation.

This request will service the following four park locations: Zinkil, Joe DiMaggio, Mara Berman Giulianti, and John Williams and funding is identified through the City’s ongoing capital program and general obligation bond project.

The desired services were competitively bid through Palm Beach County (“PBC”) Annual Small Concrete and Pathway Construction Contract PBC Project #2020056 on January 28, 2021, and awarded to All Paving, Inc.

The Director of PRCA and Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission approve and authorize the issuance of the Purchase Order to All Paving for pathway work in the amount of $487,461.00.
