Explanation:
On March 3, 2021, pursuant to Resolution No. R-2021-053, the City Commission approved and authorized the execution of interlocal agreements related to Surtax-funded projects, including Drainage Improvements in Washington Industrial Park. The project area is bounded by North 56th Avenue to the west, State Road 7 to the east, Rodman Street to the south, and Washington Street to the north with a total project amount of up to $5,000,000.00.

On July 3, 2023, Broward County and the City entered into an Interlocal Agreement for Surtax-Funded Municipal Transportation Project for the Washington Industrial Park and Corridor Improvements - Paving, Grading, and Roadway Drainage ("ILA HOLL-064").

On July 3, 2024, pursuant to Resolution No. R-2024-261, the City Commission approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Man-Con, Inc. to provide construction services for the Washington Park Utilities Improvements Project including the scope for Agreement ILA HOLL-064, in an amount up to $27,024,355.88.

On September 25, 2024, ILA HOLL-064 was amended to include the potential for a reimbursable inflation adjustment, increasing the maximum amount from $5,000,000.00 to $5,595,000.00.
