Explanation:

On July 3, 2024, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. R-2024-252, approving Blanket Purchase Agreements with qualified firms for Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation, Residential Roofing, and Impact Windows and Doors services to support the City’s housing rehabilitation programs.

The Office of Housing and Community Development is requesting approval of a change order to increase the total value of the Blanket Purchase Agreements by $500,000.00, utilizing State, Federal, and local TIF funds previously approved for these purposes, ensuring the continued delivery of these critical housing repair programs.

This increase will allow continued implementation of the City’s Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program, including emergency roof repairs and installation of impact windows and doors.

Fiscal Impact:

Funding for the change order is available in the FY 2026 Operating Budget in account number 116.160502.51900.592020.001247.000.000.
