Explanation:
There is a need to replace the existing roof, installed in 1975, on the Southern Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWWTP) Sludge Building, in order to prevent additional leaks and damage to the facility, its occupants and equipment.

Matthew DeBonis & Associates, LLC prepared the technical specifications.

The project was advertised on December 19, 2014 and four (4) bid proposals were received and publicly opened on January 29, 2015 with the following results:
