Explanation:
On June 17, 2015 (Resolution No. R-2015-169), the City Commission awarded a contract for Golf Course Management Services to McCumber-Wright Venture, LLC., (MWV) pursuant to RFP No. 4442-15-IS.
The City and MWV were authorized to negotiate an agreement embodying the terms and conditions of the RFP which was approved by the City Commission on June 1, 2016 pursuant to Resolution No. R-2016-161.
The parties desire to amend MWV’s Construction Obligations, specifically Exhibit “B” related to the Capital Improvement Plan.
