Explanation:
The private community of West Lake Village Homeowners’ Association, Inc. desires to specifically grant the City the power and authority to enforce traffic control within its boundaries and to grant an easement for ingress and egress for such purpose. West Lake Village Homeowners’ Association, Inc. has agreed to sufficiently indemnify the City in consideration for traffic control and enforcement within its community.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this Resolution will not fiscally impact the City.
