Explanation:
The City current regulates the sale of food from mobile units in city parks, at locations in the city that are within 200 feet of an establishment that handles the same kinds of food, and on private property.
The popularity of mobile food vendors has dramatically increased throughout the nation.
Due to the new industry trend, it has been determined that the current regulations need to be revised.
Section 122.02 is being repealed in its entirety and replaced with the new Section 122.02.
