Explanation:
The Office of Communications, Marketing and Economic Development ("CMED") has a continuing need for website hosting, email and text message notification services, ADA compliance, social media archiving, training, support, and maintenance services.

These types of services are needed from a qualified and experienced company to ensure uninterrupted website services are provided to the public via the City's two established domains: HollywoodFL.org and ChooseHollywoodFL.com.

CivicPlus, the current platform used by CMED, continues to expand its service options to include a new robust set of product enhancements and first-to-market integrations that enhance cybersecurity protections and safeguard administrative and resident data from cyber threats and digital extortionists.

New accessibility solutions and integration with industry leaders, as well as ArchiveSocial, the social media account archiving tool the City has been using for social media public record inquiries, form the comprehensive package for digital information delivery.

The Director of CMED recommends the City continues services with CivicPlus and issues a Blanket Purchase Order in the amount not to exceed $200,000.00 annually over a three-year period from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2028.
