Explanation:
The Office of Human Resources would like to settle this 1997 workers’ compensation claim. This settlement has been authorized by the excess workers’ compensation carrier who will reimburse the City the $329,612.00.
Commission approval is requested to execute the settlement with Mr. Kater.
Fiscal Impact:
Funding for this settlement is available in the FY 2026 Operating Budget in account number 558.112006.51900.591930.000000.000.000.
