Staff Recommends: Approval of the attached Resolution rejecting all bids related to request for proposals no. RFP 4729-22-WV for the ArtsPark Improvements Project.
Explanation:
The City received three bids in response to RFP-4729-22-WV by the bid due date of June 14, 2022.
DCM and PRCA evaluated the three bids received in accordance with the criteria established in the solicitation and determined the responses to be non-responsive and non-responsible.
RFP-4729-22-WV allows for the cancellation or rejection of bids and the Director of DCM and the Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission reject all bids related to RFP-4729-22-WV for the ArtsPark Improvements Project based upon the facts and circumstances set forth above.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this resolution will not fiscally impact the City as this resolution is to reject all bids related to RFP-4729-22-WV for the ArtsPark Improvements Project.
