Explanation:

The Police Department submitted an application to FDOT in the amount of $62,000.00 to obtain grant funding for speed measurement and radar equipment made with new technology which allows officers to more efficiently, effectively and safely issue warnings and citations.

 

Fiscal Impact:

If approved, grant funding in the amount of $62,000.00 will be appropriated in the FY 2023 Operating Budget of the Police Grants Fund (113).
