Staff Recommends: Approval of the attached Resolution.

 

 

Explanation:

The private communities of Harbor Islands desire to grant the City the power and authority to enforce traffic control within their respective boundaries and to grant an easement for ingress and egress for said purpose. Harbor Islands has agreed to indemnify the City in consideration for traffic control and enforcement within their respective communities.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

Approval of this resolution will not fiscally impact the City.
