("HTG Paramount") has requested the City designate five parcels as a Brownfield (Green Reuse) Area pursuant to section 376.80(2)(c), Florida Statutes, of Florida's Brownfields Redevelopment Act. The subject properties total 0.82 acres, are owned by HTG Paramount, and are generally located at the southwest corner of South Dixie Highway and Washington Street.
This designation requires two readings by the City Commission. First reading passed on November 19, 2025.
